Though our garments are true to size, all bodies are different. You can always reference our sizing guide and reach out to our customer help team.

Tip- If you generally wear a size medium in other brands, start with that.

You will find the option to enter a promo code in the order summary portion during checkout. Look for the section labeled "Add a discount code or a gift card" click that and apply there. If for some reason you forgot to apply the code, send us an email and we will refund you the difference.

Once your order has been processed, we will email your tracking information. We ship all orders placed before noon PST, Monday-Friday.

Yes, US shipping and returns are always free.

We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed using our free US shipping method will ship within one business day. Please note that orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping on international orders at this time. We ship worldwide. You will see shipping options towards the end of checkout before you make payment.

What is your return policy?

Montiel will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund. Your return must be received within 20 business days from the date you received your shipment

 

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1

Please email info@montiel.com and include your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.

STEP 2

We will send you a return request via email which will include a pre-paid shipping label.

STEP 3

Print and attach the return label to your original shipping box.

STEP 4

Seal your package and send it to sunny L.A.!

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received, and your refund has been processed.

 

*For U.S. customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track each package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return label.

If you are living outside of the U.S. and need to make a return, please follow the instructions above and send your package to the address below. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels to our international customers.
